Machine Function
1.1 The machine is used for pre-bonding and final-bonding FPC onto LCD or ITO. Middle bond head is applicable to pre-bonding with constant heating, while left and right bond heads are used for final-bonding with pulse heating.
1.2 The machine is applicable for bonding FPC( FPC size is inner 60mm) onto 1.8" ~7" LCD or ITO substrate.
1.3 Final-bonding work stage is pulse heating mode that heating and cooling is rapid.
