Machine Function 

   1.1 The machine is designed for high precision lamination of protective film 

         and ITO or Cover lens. It is automatically load protective film and adjust film position. 

         Manual loading ITO or Cover lens. With fixture position ITO or cover lens, press start

         buttons to work after finishing position. Work table driven to laminating film position. 

         Lamination work will be done under servo motor and cylinder drive. 

   1.2 The machine is applicable to laminate protective film onto 3.5'-6' ITO or cover lens.

   1.3 The machine can store more than 10 sets different product models, and it is convenient 

         for adjustment.

   1.4 Machine work table is rotary one with double stages. One is used for lamination while other 

         is used for loading or unloading product.

  1.5 The machine owns deviation adjustment function. Machine identification for protective film 

        thickness is 0.05mm.
