Application:

The machine is used for bonding HSC, TAB,FOG onto various LCD and PCB. There are different operation mode ( e.g: single stage, double stages left and right movement, double stages rotary work or both direction) and different temperature control mode( e.g: constant heat, pulse heat) in meet to custom's diverse product request.

Machine Feature

a.Machine is equipped with imported low-friction cylinder to ensure cylinder go down accuracy.

b.Bond head is made of imported special material, ensure heating evenness and bubble-free after tacking.

c.PLC controlling system, human-machine operation interface.

d.Temperature, time and pressure can be setted on touch panel. Production will be displayed on touch panel.

e.Rotary double work stages, while one work stage is used for pre-bonding, other work stage is used for product alignment. It will highly improve production efficiency.

f.High stability work stage ensures rotary accuracy.
